Formats
Stills are delivered as full resolution JPEG files, up to 100 megapixels, sized to work in print as well as on screen. Where a specific format is needed for a particular use, a listing platform, a print run, a set of web-optimised copies, say so when booking and it gets included.
Video, where it is part of the booking, is delivered as a cut MP4 clip at an aspect ratio and length suited to where it will be used, a website, a social platform, a video wall.
Editing
Every image is selected, not just handed over as the full card. A typical flight produces far more frames than are useful, and part of the job is picking the ones that actually work rather than leaving that decision to you.
Selected frames are colour graded and cropped before delivery. Colour grading corrects for the flat, slightly blue cast aerial footage often has straight off the sensor, and cropping tightens a composition that worked from the air but needs trimming for a listing or a brochure layout.
Rights
Licensing
Every delivered image and clip comes with a licence to use it for your own purposes, a listing, a brochure, a website, a marketing or social campaign relating to the property, venue or business photographed.
Copyright in the imagery stays with the operator. The licence does not cover selling the images on, sub-licensing them, or passing them to an unrelated third party, agency use or stock use, that is a different conversation and gets agreed as part of the quote if it is what you need.
Turnaround
Images and video are delivered within 48 hours of the flight. That covers the selection and editing work described above, not just the time it takes to fly.
If a shoot is tied to a listing launch, a print deadline or a campaign date, say so when booking and it gets scheduled with that deadline in mind.
